各スクールの講師陣をまとめるリーダーとして、トレーニングやオペレーション改善を主導。現場のコミュニケーションの軸となり、教育の質を高めるための仕組みづくりと現場支援を担います。講師の成長を後押しし、スクール全体のパフォーマンス向上をリードするポジションです。

Acts as a team leader for educators across campuses, leading training and operational improvements. This role anchors communication on the ground, supports teacher development, and enhances educational quality through systems and guidance, helping schools perform at their best.

アメリカ・カリフォルニア育ち。YouTubeで日本に憧れを抱き、思い切って
Wingsに飛び込んだ。文化的なものを鑑賞するのが大好きで、特にGacha（カプセルトイ）
にハマっている。現在は池尻大橋校の若きリーダーのひとりとして活躍中。

Raised in California, U.S.A., she fell in love with Japan through YouTube and took the plunge into Wings.
Wings. She loves to appreciate cultural things, especially Gacha (capsule toys).
She is especially addicted to Gacha (capsule toys). She is currently one of the young leaders of Ikejiri-Ohashi School.

About Me 私について

Wingsは、私の「本当の居場所」。

大学生の時、日本で暮らすアメリカ人の動画を見て、その文化やライフスタイルに強く惹かれました。当時は日本を遠い存在のように感じていましたが、思い切ってWingsに履歴書を送りました。すると、なんと合格通知が！まさか本当に日本に行けるとは思っていなかったのでとても驚きました。それまで一度もアメリカから出たことのなかった私に、両親は温かく背中を押してくれました。おそらく日本が安全な国だと確信していたんでしょうね。

Wingsでは、私と同じように来日してすぐの講師が安心して生活をスタートできるように、「バディプログラム」が用意されています。講師とインターンの大学生がペアを組み、生活の手続きや書類の準備など、あらゆる面でサポートしてくれる仕組みです。おかげで私も日本での新生活をスムーズに始めることができました。私のバディになってくれた大学生はいまでは社会人として働いていますが、今でも交流は続いていて、とても大切な存在です。

現在は、カリキュラム編成のプロジェクトに関わっていて、毎日がとても充実しています。Wingsは単なる職場ではなく、「私の居場所」だと心から感じています。

Wings is my “true place”.

When I was a college student, I watched videos of Americans living in Japan and was strongly attracted to their culture and lifestyle. At the time, I felt Japan was a distant country, but I took the plunge and sent my resume to Wings. To my surprise, I received an acceptance letter! I was so surprised because I never thought I could actually go to Japan. I had never left the U.S. before, but my parents warmly encouraged me to go. They were probably convinced that Japan was a safe country.

At Wings, we have a “buddy program” to help instructors who have just arrived in Japan, like myself, start their lives with peace of mind. It is a system in which instructors are paired with university student interns who support them in all aspects of living in Japan, including procedures and preparation of documents. Thanks to this system, I was able to start my new life in Japan smoothly. The university student who became my buddy is now working, but we still keep in touch and he is very important to me.

I am currently involved in a curriculum development project, and every day is very fulfilling.
