From systematizing complex instructor assignments that support our small-group model, to reducing management burdens and freeing teachers from administrative tasks—this position ensures educators can focus on what matters most: time with children. Rooted in our belief in “Education × Entertainment = Edutainment,” the Operations Manager also builds systems with space for creativity, enabling teachers to infuse their unique personality into every interaction.
