This position oversees multiple schools and aims to maximize educational quality and performance. This position is responsible for optimizing resources, including staffing and shift coordination, as well as reaching out to potential clients in the region. Utilizing strategic thinking and human resource development skills, this position will play a central role in supporting the growth of the organization as a whole.
