School Manager
We are currently open to applications for a managerial position for an English school. Applicants will be required to communicate adequately with residing staff and parents/guardians of the students, and also manage the school in general. You will also need to communicate with our teachers in English, so a good level of English is required. You will be interacting with many different kinds of people (especially children), so applicants should have good people skills. We are especially interested in those who have a desire to change the state of Japanese education. Some experience handling or raising children will be extremely useful, as you will be able to translate your past experiences into your work here and we wholeheartedly believe that you will have a pleasant work experience at our company.
English Teacher
We are currently open to applications for an English teaching position at our school. Applicants will be expected to support children's english education and growth though day to day programs. Not only are you expected to speak English fluently, but you must also be able to effectively teach children a second language by talking to them about their hobbies and interests, and creating spontaneous dialogue. Although teaching children can be quite challenging, you will be able to see the children’s english improve on a daily basis. Unlike most other lines of work, you will be able to see the fruit of your labor first hand!
